Groom outta house heading to the bride's house. They gotta do some dance thingy along the way.

At the front stage.

Their Kayan dance.
Cutting the cake with a 'parang'.

Family pic again.
What they were doing actually is call the "rebut nasi". 4 volunters of guys & 4 volunters of ladies will grab some rice it is to believe that whoever gets to feed the groom 1st, their 1st child will be that gender. Gosh! It was rough, trust me.
Change into their dinner clothing.

Another type of Kayan dance. & yeah, my whole family including myself had to do it. It was pretty embarrasing therefore no pics are available. :P
Its a custom where they will sing a really draggy song & then my dad had to drink call "puak" which is made out of rice wine. It is strong. My bro also had too.
Presentation. Both families exchange gifts so that headband thing was what i got. They anyaman are really good. :)Sorry for the little red face i had. =.= I drank. Speaking of beer, to be honest im not much of a drinker but this beer somehow tasted good. It's from Holland.
When the ceremoy co called ended, we headed to bed but the others was dancing all night long till 3.oo am in the morning. & we couldnt off the lights cause if we do the whole long house lights kaput! Tak ada. The electricity is run by diesel btw. Meaning, it automatically offs in the morning & ons only at night.
Camwhore.

Tomorrow. TATA.
