Dying 8 hours daily

If you guys haven't had known, I've started my internship already. Earlier compared to my other course mates which makes me feel really old all of a sudden. It's Friday today and I couldn't be more happier than ever that my first week had finished and I have another two more weeks before celebrating the awesome Christmas mood I already am and also leaving for Aussie.

How's the real world? Since last time, before I even work elsewhere, I always knew working is not one of those good feeling that feeds into your soul and thus, you would know by now I am going to rant about work. I'm not enjoying it to be frank. First and foremost, it's costing me so so much! Why so? I get stuck in traffic jams almost 2 1/2 hours on the road back and forth, I spend about RM13 on parking (I have to manage my time properly to meet the 1st three hours RM1 rule), RM3 on toll, the petrol, etc.- DAILY. I skip lunches cause even mamak meals are expensive.

Being an intern is always said to be a education process of learning. But because this company of mine hardly takes in interns and by what I see, only experienced ones, I am indeed, feeling the heavy pressure that I might jeopardize thousand dollars projects. Fyi, my current projects are websites designing & it's so dreadful. (I'm currently evaluating this blogger functions as I'm typing).

To sum from this one week of work, all I can say is, I truly miss the lovelies and even my family. This thing in the real world make me realize how hard it is to earn a living and it's like, the one thing that people are constantly chasing after is only related to their career. Never ever take loved ones for granted. It's better to chase after them than chasing after materialistic stuff. Cause I for one, can say, it's people around me that I'm looking forward to everyday to survive the 8 hours job.
