MirroRs

So on Thursday, I actually woke up early just for the sake of attending the Mirrors event accompanied by Ashley, her sister Alana and a new bubbly friend Ira. I wasn't interest in it frankly speaking cause yeah, you would know I'm not into all these things but then, just for the fun of getting a free makeover, why not heh.

Make up & hairstyle done by The Celebre Academy.
Hair was curled and half pin up. Make up was rather vague.

I noticed that my hair is not that short after all.
I'm planning to grow it out longer and then cut the bottom straight (:

1st pic : with Ashley.
2nd pic : with Alana.
Regreted not having one with Ira.

Oh, since we haven't been roaming around Sunway area for quite some time since we finished classes, we decided to satisfy our hunger with Indomee. The new super spicy is really good. Lately, I've been having much better and healthier meals. It started with my stubborn bowels actually. Hence, I've been imbibing more fruits and vegetables. I even bought a box of the new Brands Prune Essence for detoxification which helped.

And I stumbled across Jamie Oliver's simple pancakes. Not to forget, healthy too. Try it out (:

it's a little burned. opps!

115g/4 oz plain flour
1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
140ml/4oz milk
a pinch of salt
3 eggs (separated into yoke & whites)

Mix flour + baking powder + milk + egg yokes.
Whisk salt + egg whites.
Combine both into a single batter and spoon them on a frying pan. Flip on both side till it's cook.

I personally would use only 2 eggs cause 3 tasted a little too eggy. And eat them with desired jams. You can add flavoring into the batter itself. Do take note that the pancakes are not sweet because it doesn't have sugar content. Thus, it can added into batter too if preferred. But, that is not healthy now isn't it? (;

ENJOY.
