Friends gonna think I'm ranting but at the of the day, every journey taken it's cool with me.
From the very beginning of schooling till now, I was not a driving lover. Unlike majority of my friends who often drove illegally cause they were eager to reach that age of getting a license, I on the other hand had to be force to go for this compulsory thing we call, driving course.
Despite manual or auto, with or without a power steering, lousy or a comfortable car, I just don't fancy driving. For one reason, it's tiring with the parking, paying tickets, making sure everything's off and lock, that everything is secure and safe, no damage (esp when you truly love your car) and well, the fact that you're driving. Have you ever wonder how many people actually waste their time on their journeys? While everyone's chilling or whatever, I'm wasting almost 1 1/2 hours everyday driving home. I always ask myself how I survive, especially alone cause ask my siblings, when I was young, I out of all of them, snoozes off the whole journey while my parents drove.
Lately, I myself find I can't drive properly on the road. Not boasting rather feeling a tad shameful cause I'm putting people's life on risk. I've been driving around a lot the past week for very reasonable reasons and it comes to this point, I'm so tired I just wanna get there- done.
Above it all, I came to love cars. I actually google, check out and have car talks with others; strange. I remember asking myself or perhaps my elder brother why would one be so fascinated by them. Till today, I don't really know why either but hey, see what I'm talking about. My mum often said my brother worships his car, I think I'm in his team too, which is equally very very bad. Very.
Petrol price is increasing day by day. Which reminds me, mine's almost on 'E'. (sulks). And tomorrow, another destination to go, a class assignment trip. Gah, the minute the uni knows you have a vehicle, you are trapped. I'm so tired being the driver. Can romeo come into my life soon so for once, I can look to my right and say 'Hey, check that view.'
This time, Dad quotes 'Get a well paid man and get your Celica.' (speechless).
