Wanderlust Wallflower.: SNAKES!!! Yikes*

I'm extremely bored till words cant describe~haha~. Anyway, since i was looking through the pictures that i have in my comp, decided to just blog about S-N-A-K-E-S!! Nothing much better to do le me...haha*

Well, my bro had started raring snake since the beginning of this year *i guess, cant remeber liao* because the influence of my cousin...haha* He had kept it in a shoe box for the first few days and he popped it up to me and i was like!! Ran from his room to the opposite of house to my sis room...lol* He actually dont really like raring it but he found the snakes were very interesthing due to the colourful leather skin they have which i gotta agree on that too..hehe.. Hem, this was his first snake.

It's call the "Tree Snake". Very tame and its really suitable for girls. Mainly they are green in colour and is fed on frogs and lizards. Yeap, frogs you go and buy around 3-4 for one snake and lizards-you go and catch yourself la (this is recomemded as you can save on your $$...lol)

However, the snake had died after like 2 months because you see snake will shade their skin away after 2months so that their body will become nicer. And it was suppose to come off naturally but my brother had so kindly help the snake by pulling it off, thus killing the snake. He somemore can so slumber just put it in a plastic bag and throw in the dustin behind my house the playground. Haha* Later, he got another new one. And this time he got two! I dont know whats it call but its skin is brown and light yellow. It also fed on lizards and frogs.

Then, he got another one! Siao- ah?!?! It's call the "Mangrove Snake". This want is really really superb nice. The skin is black with yellow stripes therefore making it look extremely fierce. Eventhough its called the mangrove snake, it doesnt really stay in those kind of area, they are more in the forest type. But this want wouldnt eat lizards or frogs*maybe as appetizer, yeah!* they only eat either RAT/MICE or BIRD! I know, that's cruel. You will see the bird flying and the mice running around the snake in the cage, trying to escape. But, the mice is seriously cute, thus i will play with it while it still survives...haha. Oh yeah, the mice and bird is sold in pet shops for Rm 3. It is fed a rat/bird every 1 week. The amount you gotta give of course also depends on the size of your snake...you wanna make it fatter you gotta feed more...The way his snake's eat is interesthing as it will strangle the prey first *sufficate it* then only makan. And one thing about this mangrove snake is...it causes a lot of unnesary and ma fan situations as it always come out from the cage- so must always quickly close my bro's door and search for it. Farthest it had went was outside at the electric meter...yikes!

You can also decorate the aquarium by putting in rocks, stones, leaves, brances...etc... While raring this mangrove snake, he gave up on the other two ones. One of it keep on trying to cabut so gave it to my cousin's python snake to be fed...WHAT!?!?! Kesian...

Now, im still keeping the mangrove snake though...and my bro is like so lazy already. Evertime im the one who have to fill the water up and spray some water on the snake *they cant be dry all the time*...haiz...and the worst part is that the snake hadnt been fed for like 1 month now...hopefully it still survives.

So, my cousin also rares snakes. But his want is madness, not only different type of snakes, he also got gecko, spiders, scorpions, glider*cute*, iguana...and many more...

For you guys who really wanna rare snakes, i gotta warn you about few stuffs.

It mostly like to escape so you gotta be xtra careful. If it happens, FIND It ppl!
Gotta be really close to it so that it is familiar with you.
The waste product stinks! It excretes their shit & pee at the same time causing a black solid and white/yellowish liquid thus making your cage stink and you gotta clean it up.
Make sure you're willing to touch the frogs, lizards, mice, birds...etc...
Their eating process might be gross at times. Once the 2 snakes were fighting over one frog, tearing the frogs legs to 2 causing the skin to tear and flesh to be seen.

If the prey dies, pick it up and throw it away! Which often happens because when the snake tries to grab the prey and if the prey tries to escape, it will suffer because they have already injuries thus will die at the end.

So yeap, that's about it...hope you at least had learnt something from here...hehe*...okay, CHaOs!!!!!!
